If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To place orders, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Provide accurate, complete, and current account information • Maintain the security of your account password — never share it with anyone • Notify us immediately at support@otco.in of any unauthorized account access You are responsible for all activities and orders placed under your account. OTCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse our platform, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. • Prices are subject to change without prior notice • Product images are representative — actual color, packaging, or minor specifications may vary • We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels; however, if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund • OTCO reserves the right to limit quantities of any product per customer or household • Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period

By placing an order, you confirm that: • All information you have provided is accurate and complete • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method • You accept that placing an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. OTCO reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if: • Payment cannot be verified or authorized • An error in pricing or product information is identified • Fraud or policy abuse is suspected • The ordered product is out of stock You will receive a full refund for any cancelled confirmed orders within 5–7 business days.

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery). • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days • Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available in select cities) • Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 (unless otherwise stated) Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. OTCO is not liable for delays caused by: • Third-party logistics failures • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon successful delivery to the provided address.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received • Return requests must be initiated through your account dashboard or by emailing returns@otco.in • Damaged, used, or altered products are not eligible for return • Custom-ordered or specially sourced items are non-returnable Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Cancellations: • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible — please initiate a return after delivery

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. In case of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For consumer grievances, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
