How to Initiate a Return

Provide Order Details
Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
Get Return Label
We will send you a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup from your location.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our courier partner.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Methods
COD Orders: Refund will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account (share details at the time of return request).
Online Payment: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Store Credit: You may opt for store credit for faster processing (credited within 24 hours of approval).
